1.    Accepting the Terms
1.1    In order to use the services provided by dohamap.info ("the Services"), you must first agree to these Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”). You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms.
1.2    You can accept the Terms by:
  1. clicking to accept or agree to the Terms, where this option is made available to you by Intrinsic Internet Solutions ("INTRINSO") in the user interface for any service; or
  2. by actually using the Services. In this case, you understand and agree that INTRINSO will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.
2.    Use of the Services by you
2.1    In order to access certain services, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration process for the Services, or as part of your continued use of the Services. You agree that any registration information you give to INTRINSO will always be accurate, correct and up to date.
2.2    You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions of your country of residence.
2.3    You agree not to access (or to provide access to) any of the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by INTRINSO, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with INTRINSO.
2.4    You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services).
2.5    Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with INTRINSO or via the Services, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose without prior expressed written consent from INTRINSO.
2.6    You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that INTRINSO has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which INTRINSO may suffer) of any such breach.

3.    Your passwords and account security
3.1    You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Services.
3.2    Accordingly, you agree that you will be solely responsible to INTRINSO for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3    If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or of your account, you agree to notify INTRINSO immediately by sending an email to this address.

4.    Privacy and your personal information
4.1    INTRINSO treats your personal information, and protects your privacy, when you use the Services. Any personal information submitted by you as part of using the Services will be treated as confidential and will not be disseminated to third parties.
4.2    INTRINSO holds the right to generate, showcase, or sell usage statistics and statistical reports from any data provided by you through the Services so long as it does not reveal any personal information that can expose your identity.

5.    Changes to the Terms and Conditions
5.1    INTRINSO is not obliged to inform you of any changes made to the Terms if and when these changes happen.  Please refer back to this page from time to time to check for any updates.

6.    Site and Content Permissions
6.1    You are NOT allowed to:
  1. make any copies of any part of dohamap.info (“the Site”).
  2. copy or use any material from the Site for any commercial purpose.
  3. reverse engineer the dohamap.info Application Programming Interface (API) or any of the XML and other calls made by the API.
  4. remove or change any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right notices contained in the original material or from any material copied or printed off from the Site.
6.2    You must only use the Site and anything available via the Services for lawful purposes, and you must comply with all applicable laws, statutes and regulations in the relevant jurisdictions of your country of residence.
6.3    You must NOT use the Services to:
  1. post, upload or otherwise transmit information or pictures that are obscene or pornographic, threatening, menacing, racist, offensive, defamatory or otherwise unlawful
  2. upload files that contain software or other materials in breach of any intellectual property rights or in breach of confidence
  3. harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the rights of others
  4. harm or threaten to cause harm to minors
  5. impersonate anyone else or otherwise misrepresent your identity or status
6.4    INTRINSO accepts no obligation to monitor the use of the Site. However, INTRINSO reserves the right to disclose any content as required by law and/or to remove, refuse to post or to edit any content, or to block access to your account and to take such other action as may be reasonably necessary to prevent any breach of the Terms or any breach of applicable law or regulation.

7.    Copyright
7.1    The dohamap.info logo, INTRINSO logo, and map layer imagery are copyrighted to INTRINSO. Any unauthorized reproduction by you will result in legal action against you.

8.    Enquiries or complaints
8.1    If you have any enquiries or complaints (about the Service or someone else's use of the Site) then please address them to us by sending an email to this address.

9.    Disclaimer
INTRINSO makes no copyright claim on any non-original graphics, and/or pictures produced in the Services. The Services and information contained in the Site are provided 'as is', 'with all faults' and 'as available' without warranty of any kind. INTRINSO does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of the information being made available. The entire risk as to the results and the performance of the information is assumed by you, and in no event shall INTRINSO be liable for any consequential, incidental or direct damages suffered in the course of using the Services. Every effort is made to be as accurate as possible when disseminating information on any location; including, but not limited to, any item placed on the map. INTRINSO is not responsible for unintentional data entry errors or omissions.
